It’s been a while, 10+ years, since early and mid-career researchers (EMCRs) were able to share their discoveries, innovations and ideas at RSB. Times are changing though, and the EMCR community has gotten together to organize an RSB EMCR Future Conference. Enabled by the generous support of the CoE for Translational Photosynthesis and Plant Energy Biology, as well as the RSB executive, NECTAR and outside partners, the whole RSB community is invited to get up to speed with what the ‘workhorses’ of RSB are up to.
WHEN: 11 February 2016
WHERE: R. N. Robertson Lecture Theatre, Bldg. 46
We will put an exciting program together, with Prof. A. Byrne (CEO of the Australian Research Council) and Dr. Amber Beavis (science communicator, researcher and storyteller) as keynote speakers, and opportunities for EMCRs to present their research in the form of a talk or poster.
And the best part: Registration is free!
